弊社は、1992年の個人創業から数え、2026年にてレイトム34年目を迎えることとなりました。
これもひとえに、日頃よりご支援・ご愛顧を賜っております皆様のお力添えの賜物であり、心より感謝申し上げます。

創業当初は個人事業主としてスタートし、1993年に有限会社レイトムへと法人化いたしました。
ホテル客室清掃業務を中心に、病院・老人福祉施設の清掃管理、パチンコ店、オフィスビルなど、幅広い分野において清掃業務を手がけてまいりました。

さらに2009年には、レイトムCONSULTING株式会社を設立し、「ホテルキーパーFC」としてホテル客室清掃業務に特化したフランチャイズ本部事業を開始いたしました。
おかげさまで2026年1月1日現在、日本全国に80店舗のフランチャイズ加盟店を展開するまでに成長することができました。

現在もなお、努力と経験を積み重ねながら、変化する時代や様々な出来事に対し、「アナログのイノベーション」という新たな発想を追求し、挑戦を続けております。

2020年には、新型コロナウイルス感染拡大という世界的なパンデミックにより、弊社も大きな影響を受けました。しかし私は、「やると決めた心構え」、「プラス思考の考え方」、そして「正しいやり方」を常に念頭に置き、前進し続けてまいりました。

AIが急速に進化する時代だからこそ、人の力を大切にする“AIに負けないアナログ企業”として、さらなる成長を目指してまいります。

また、これまでフランチャイズ本部として培ってきた経験を活かし、さまざまな業界で前向きに経営に取り組まれている店舗様・企業様に向けて、「フランチャイズ本部構築」の支援事業も行っております。
自社のみでの事業拡大ではなく、フランチャイズ展開という仕組みを活用することで、今後の社会問題や労働問題の解決にも寄与できるものと信じております。

今後は、多種多様な経営者の皆様と連携し、企業コンソーシアムの構築を目標としております。

Our company marks its 34th year in 2026, counting from its founding as a sole proprietorship in 1992.We owe this achievement entirely to the continued support and patronage of our valued clients and partners, to whom we express our sincere gratitude.

We began our journey as an individual business and were incorporated in 1993 as Reitom Co., Ltd.With a primary focus on hotel guest room cleaning services, we have expanded our operations to include cleaning management for hospitals and senior care facilities, as well as pachinko parlors and office buildings, covering a wide range of industries.

In 2009, we established Reitom CONSULTING Co., Ltd. and launched “Hotel Keeper FC,” a franchise headquarters specializing in hotel room cleaning services.As of January 1, 2026, we have grown into a nationwide network with 80 franchise locations across Japan.

Even today, we continue to build upon our efforts and experience, embracing change and pursuing new ideas through what we call “Analog Innovation,” while taking on new challenges.

In 2020, the global pandemic caused by the spread of COVID-19 had a significant impact on our company. Nevertheless, by maintaining a strong determination, a positive mindset, and a commitment to doing things the right way, we have continued to move forward.

In an era of rapid AI advancement, we aim to grow as an “analog company that does not lose to AI,” placing the utmost value on human capability and dedication.

Furthermore, leveraging the expertise we have cultivated as a franchise headquarters, we now provide support for building franchise headquarters to shops and companies across various industries that are proactively pursuing business growth.We firmly believe that franchise expansion, rather than growth limited to a single company, can help address future social and labor-related challenges.

Looking ahead, our goal is to collaborate with a diverse range of business leaders to form a corporate consortium.
