しかしその一方で、10年後の2035年には、AI化の進展により「仕事がなくなる時代」が訪れるとも言われています。
日本の仕事（業種）の約52％はAIで代替可能となり、多くの人が職を失う可能性がある――それが現実です。
この時代を生き抜くために必要なのは、
「雇われる」ことではなく、「収入を生み出す仕組みを持つ」こと。
つまり、一人ひとりが独立・起業という選択肢を持ち、自らの収入構造を築くことが不可欠な時代になります。
起業を考えなければ、将来、安定した生活収入を得る場所そのものが失われる可能性があるのです。

While Japan is regaining economic vitality due to the expansion of inbound tourism, the number of companies utilizing AI (artificial intelligence) is rapidly increasing.
As of 2026, Japan has entered a full-scale era of labor shortages.
At the same time, it is said that by 2035, the advancement of AI will bring about an era in which jobs disappear.
Approximately 52% of jobs in Japan are expected to be replaceable by AI, creating a reality in which many people may lose their employment.
To survive in this era, what is required is not simply being “employed,” but having a system that generates income.
In other words, this is an age in which each individual must have the option of independence and entrepreneurship, and build their own income structure.
Without considering entrepreneurship, there is a risk that stable sources of livelihood themselves may disappear in the future.
With this future in mind, Hotel Keeper FC will serve as a new platform for employment, providing the methods and know-how necessary for independence and entrepreneurship.
Rather than pursuing growth for a single company alone, we aim to walk alongside our franchise partners and achieve mutual prosperity.
